Friday Day 1 – Check into your gorgeous accommodation located on an extremely private country property with panoramic private views. Why not crack open your finest bottle of wine. Once your settled in and explored some of our beautiful 27-acre property join us in the early evening to partake in a sensory workshop called an Antiquity Experience – this is a handcrafted chocolate session where you will learn your way through the history of chocolate by tasting, touching, seeing, hearing and smelling your way through the past. Blind folds and hidden surprises along the way.
After the workshop your butler will visit your cottage and create some delicious complimentary cocktails or mocktails for you to enjoy whilst you watch the sunset over Pigeon House Mountain.
Saturday – Day 2
Morning Free time – Enjoy a much needed sleep in. Its your holiday and I’m certain you deserve it. Then perhaps cook a home made breakfast (Self catered) or even better why not venture down town to enjoy breakfast in one of the many cafes in Milton, Mollymook or Ulladulla. You will enjoy the attractions of a relaxed, country town feel as you visit the many boutiques, antique shops, galleries, crafts shops.
2.00pm– “Devonshire Tea with a twist”
Now its time to enjoy a beautiful blend of a Devonshire tea with a twist, enjoyed in our Chocolate studio in the field with stunning panoramic views of the Budawang ranges. Annie from Annies grazing boxes has extensive knowledge and expert culinary skills from her experience owning a renowned tea house in the heart of England’s beautiful Peak district. The attention to detail will tantalize your senses with fine vintage china, perfectly presented table setting and a scrumptious assortment of Scones, cakes & decadent slices. Our in-house chocolatier will hand sculpt mini beligan chocolate creations filled with truffles as an extra decadent treat. Believe me when I say you will be deliciously spoilt rotten!
Sunday – Breakfast (Self catered) Late Check out 11am

Friday Day 1 – Check into your gorgeous Hayshed Cottage, a French country style cottage with striking views of Pigeon House mountain, located on an extremely private country property with panoramic private views. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage is perfect for an intimate weekend with friends or family. (2 queen beds, 2 singles & one double size sofa bed)
Once your settled in and explored some of our beautiful 27-acre property join us to partake in the first ever launch of our Antiquity Experience – this is a handcrafted chocolate session where you will learn your way through the history of chocolate by tasting, touching, seeing, hearing and smelling your way through the past. Blind folds and hidden surprises along the way. This session may be shared with other groups staying at the retreat.
We now invite you back to your cottage where your butler will deliver you some delicious complimentary drinks to enjoy whilst you watch the sunset over Pigeon House Mountain. If its a cooler night he will kindly start your fire before he departs so you can enjoy the rest of your evening in private with your Belles. (Dinner – self Catering)

2.00pm– “Make a Chocolate Block Workshop”
Be greeted with fairy floss champagne drinks on arrival. Cassandra our in-house chocolatier will then teach you to temper chocolate on marble & then make your very own delicious creative Belgian chocolate blocks. Cassandra is renown for her chocolate workshops being a creative outlet to make edible art and she will pass some of her skills onto your exclusive group so you can make some gorgeous Belgian chocolate bars. You will enjoy truffle tasting, also be treated with tasting the newest and the rarest chocolate in the world, which they thought was extinct for the last 100 years. Just when you thought It couldn’t get any better you will enjoy some fun games to truly enjoy this time away with your Belles’.

Wow we celebrated our 21st Anniversary at Milton Cottages and it will be a weekend away we will never forget. The Chocolate platters, gorgeous cottage and stunning views set a very romantic atmosphere. Thanks so much Cassandra & Christopher. We will be back next year!!
